Write to us about anything: a question about the app, a step that did not fit your child, your subscription, cancelling, press, or working together. One address, and a person reads it.
We answer within two working days, and often the same day.
If something went wrong, tell us three things
iPhone or Android. The app version, at the bottom of the Me tab. And what you did and what happened instead. That is usually enough for us to find it without asking you to explain twice.
Your data and your privacy
For your data, deleting your account or exercising your privacy rights, write to privacy@besideparents.com. Our privacy policy explains what we do and do not process, and this page shows how to delete everything yourself.
One thing we cannot do by email
Beside is support and education, not medical advice, and we do not diagnose. If you are worried about your child’s safety right now, contact your doctor or your local emergency number instead of us.
